SouthWestModlite-Mission Statement
SWMLA's mission is to provide Economical Racing, without sacrificing Quality. To provide a fair competitive place for people to come and be treated fairly no-matter who they are or where they come from. We are not concerned on being on the "cutting edge" of racing technology, but rather to keep our focus on keeping modlite racing as economical as we can, and having our rules package reflect our mission. We feel we can be a place for the young up and comers, as well as the spectator that always wanted to race a cool little car, and for veterans of racing that just need a fun place to live out their racing years. Our focus is to keep the "Fun" in racing, have a few laughs, and make a few friends along the way. So if you fall into any of these categories, or just want to come check us out-everyone is welcome-

LABOR DAY WEEKEND
@ USA Raceway in Tucson
This Labor Day Weekend -SWMLA will be @ USA Raceway in Tucson...for Back-To-Back Nights of Racing
This weekend also kicks off the "Chase" and the "Powerstroke Cup Points" Championships
Last months rainout @ PVR means-the BBQ Night by Team Domine-Has been moved to this weekens as well !
Also as mentioned at the meeting earlier this month @ San Tan Ford....all shocks must be in stock condition-the way they came from the manufacturer. No alterations !!
Lastly- Practice for USA is on Friday Night-Racing Saturday & Sunday. Some members are camping @ the track, so leaving your trailer is an option if your staying @ a Local Hotel.
